1. Can i bring my pet with me?
Many of our stunning properties are pet friendly so the family dog is more than welcome to come! With over 150 lakes and an area larger than the Norfolk Broads, the Cotswold Water Park has many footpaths, lakes and wooded areas to explore.
Please note that there is a charge of £25.00 per pet.
2. Will there be information on the local area in the property?
All properties now have a 'yourwelcome' tablet. To gain access the the tablets features, when you arrive, you will need to “check in” via the electronic guest information tablet to enable you to access the extensive property and local area information available.
The guest information tablet provides extensive information on your property/surrounding area, is easy to use, can be used to surf the web and even allows you to send directions to the local fish and chip shop to your phone!
3. wHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND DEPARTURE?
Our sites do have specific arrival and departure times, please see the specific sites arrival and departure times below:
Mill Village - 4.00pm check-in , 11.00am departure
Clearwater and Howells Mere - 3.00pm check-in, 10.00am departure
Watersedge - 3.00pm check-in, 10.00am departure
Spring Lakes - 4.00pm check-in, 11.00am departure
Isis and Windrush Lakes - 3.00pm check-in, 10.00am departure
4. aRE COMMERICAL VEHICLES AND VANS PERMITTED?
Please note that only cars are permitted to be parked over night on the developments.
No vans, motor homes, caravans or any type of commercial vehicles are permitted.
5. WHere is the nearest train station?

7. Problems - what to do if anything unexpected happens?
We have a member of the Orion Team on call 24/7 so if anything happens that needs urgent attention out of hours, feel free to call. For anything else, please call us during office hours.
8. When do i get my refund back?
Once housekeeping has checked the property, as long as there are no issues, we will then be able to confirm the refund. It can take up to a week to do this and then a further 3-5 working days to arrive back into your account.
9. can i have a supermarket delivery to my property after i arrive?
Yes, supermarkets do deliver to the developments within the Cotswold Water Park. Just give the full address of the property you're are staying at and any further information with regards to access.
10. Where is the best place to go shopping?
The best place nearby is Cirencester, full of boutiques, coffee shops, and popular high street retailers you're sure to find all you need in this beautiful historic market town.
McArthurGlen Swindon Designer outlet is located about 25 minutes from the developments. This outlet offers a range of popular restaurants and many designer shops at prices that you do not want to miss out on.
11. Where are the nearest restaurants/ bars to the developments?
The nearest restaurant/ bar are different depending on the development you are staying:
Isis and Windrush: The Old Boathouse Pub/ Four Pillars Hotel.
Spring Lake: The on site Lakeside Brasserie.
Waters Edge : The lakeside Brasserie on Spring lake, or, The Boathouse at The Four Pillars Hotel.
Lower Mill : The on site Ballihoo Club.
Lakes by Yoo: The Swan at Southrop
12. Where are the nearest local general stores?
There is a co-op shop located in South Cerney which is only about a 5-minute drive from all developments. The post code address for this store is GL7 5UH.
There is a small local village shop located in Ashton Keynes which is about a 10-minute drive. The post code for this local shop is SN6 6NX.
There is a Tesco's Extra supermarket located in Cirencester, this is about a 10-15 minute drive. The post code for this supermarket is GL7 1NP.
The distance to these general stores will not be the same from Lakes by Yoo. These are located about 25 minutes away.
13. Can i use the facilities on other holiday home developments?
Unfortunately, you are unable to use the facilities on different holiday home developments from which you are staying. However Spring lake is open for all to use. Charges do apply for all Water sports activities and gym use.
14. Can i book de vere spa 6 adult spa session passes when i arrive?
Yes, these spa passes are for age 16+ at £5 each and can be booked with us even when you arrive, just call the main office number on 01285 861 839. After you have booked the passes with us, you will have to contact the De Vere spa to book your session time. Children passes can be purchased directly at the Spa.
15. WHen can i use the mill village outdoor swimming pool?
There is a heated outdoor pool which is available from February to December. There is no lifeguard so swimming is entirely at your own risk.
The pool is open from 8am until Dusk.
Children under 14 must always be supervised by an adult.
The pools temperature is set to 31 degrees.
