Frequently Asked Questions
From what time can I arrive?
You can check-in to your property from 3pm onwards.
What time must I leave my property?
You must ensure you leave your property by 10am on your departure date.
How do I find out about activities within the area?
You can obtain information from the ‘Activities’ section of this website. You can either book direct with the organiser or we’ll book activities for you. We also provide a comprehensive ‘Guest Information Book’ in all of our properties. This provides extensive information about events, sports, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and much more within the area. If you are keen to plan your activities in advance, we would be more than happy to email you a PDF version ahead of your stay.
What do I have to pay when I book?
If you book more than 6 weeks in advance of the start date of your holiday, we’ll ask you to pay a 30% deposit followed by the final balance of 70% 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday. If you book less than 6 weeks before your holiday’s start date, we’ll ask you to pay for your holiday in full at the time of booking.
Can I bring a pet?
Many of our properties do allow pets. The online booking system will allow you to specify this. If you book over the phone, or through the post please ensure you specify this at the time of booking. There is a charge of £15 to cover the additional cleaning costs required for properties which allow pets.
Are all utilities included?
Yes, all bills (water, electricity and linens) are included in the cost of your stay.
What happens if I want to cancel my holiday?
Cancellation insurance is available, however, if this doesn’t cover the reason for cancelling, provided we are able to re-let the property for the same period as the cancelled booking and for the same amount, we refund the money paid, less an administration charge of 15%. If we are not able to re-let the property, full payment would be retained. |
