The open plan living area leads to a decking area with panoramic views of Somerford Lagoon. The on-site facilities include the luxury spa, swimming, bike hire, tennis, fishing and Ballihoo Restaurant with bar area.

Clearwater lake is one of the larger fresh-water lakes located within the 550-acre Lower Mill Estate, framed by contemporary lakeside holiday homes.  Guests staying within the holiday properties on Clearwater Lake benefit from exclusive access to the Lower Mill Spa as well as use of the other leisure facilities that the wider estate has on offer.
