Holiday Accommodation

Inspired by the charm of local Cotswold villages, the honey-coloured cottages of Mill Village are set around the peaceful lakes, rivers and streams that wind through the Lower Mill Estate.

Take your pick from a selection of two, three or four-bedroom cottages, each with its own character. From thatched roofs and coach house conversions to traditional Cotswold stone homes, there’s something for every style and group size — whether you’re looking for a quiet couples’ retreat or a family-friendly base.

Inside, you’ll find a mix of modern comforts and classic cottage charm. Open-plan living and dining areas create a welcoming space for spending time together, centred around a cosy log-burning fireplace – perfect for those crisp winter evenings. During the summer, the stone walls keep things cool indoors, while the private sundecks by the lakes or rivers offer the ideal spot to soak up the sunshine.

Whether you’re here to relax, explore or reconnect with nature, our cottages at Mill Village make the perfect base for your stay in the Cotswold Lakes.

Fabulous half term trip - 5*

We had a really wonderful stay. We were two families and were a bit worried that it was going to feel small for us but it was actually a really good size. The terrace is amazing and we’d love to come back in the summer to fully enjoy it. We found lots of lovely things to do nearby and it was great not having to take the car everywhere.

fantastic cottage - 5*

This is not our first time staying in this cottage – we keep coming back because it is just perfect!  Lower Mill is a fantastic place – it has something for everyone, be it relaxing with a drink whilst looking out of the lake, water sports / activities, country walks, swimming, spa and tennis. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area as well as one on site (Balihoo – which we love). We would highly recommend staying here!
