The traditional style cottages at Mill Village are set within 550 acres of a private nature reserve and nestled around the lakes, small rivers and streams of the lovely Lower Mill Estate. This is a wonderful natural setting and adventure playground where guests can enjoy a wide range of on-site activities then sit back and relax in beautiful surroundings whilst being fully immersed in nature and wildlife.

There are a wide range of on-site activities from kayaking and paddle boarding to exploring the many lakes, rivers, woodland and nature trails on foot or by bike. Go fishing, play tennis, swim in the heated outdoor pool, watch the children have fun in the play area and then chill out on your decking or visit the Ballihoo Restaurant & Clubhouse. Mill Village is only a 20 minute drive away from Cirencester, ‘the capital of the Cotswolds’, and is next to the village of Somerford Keynes where the nearest pub is.

Lower Mill Estate - On-site Facilities & Activities:

• 550 acres of private Nature Reserve, including seven Lakes & three Rivers
• Excellent Water Sports - Paddle boarding, kayak, canoe & rowing boats
• Somerford Lagoon can only be used for non-powered water sports between the 1st of April and the 30th of September
• In order to minimise disturbance to overwintering wildfowl, the footpaths to the Southern and Eastern edge of Somerford Lagoon are not accessible from the 1st of October to the 31st of March
• Spinney Lake is available for non-powered water sports all year.
