With our head office located in the Cotswolds Water Park alongside all our holiday properties, our team are here on hand seven days a week to greet guests, respond to any queries, share our expert knowledge of the Cotswolds and generally go the extra mile to ensure every stay is as special as possible. We’re never too far away.

Our Managing Director Mark Thomas says “What first drew me to working in the Water Park was the landscape. It’s great to be in a workplace that is constantly changing. The seasons and the wildlife mean that there is always something different; it’s what keeps people coming back year after year. It’s a real hidden gem. Many people aren’t aware of the spectacular scenery and its proximity to a number of vibrant tourist destinations. I feel very lucky to be able to work surrounded by all of this”.
