We are based in an enviable location surrounded by several different golf courses, all offering a great round of golf in a variety of stunning locations.
Here’s just a few of the Cotswolds golf courses our team of golf aficionado’s recommend.
South Cerney Golf Course
From just £16 a round, the South Cerney Golf Course offers players an enjoyable Pay & Play round of 18 holes. Consisting of a flat and forgiving course, it attracts many golfers (both on holiday and living locally) to return time and time again.
The comfortable and stylish clubhouse offers visitors a warm welcome from friendly helpful staff, together with some gorgeous food being served (do check out their menu).
Whether you’re a golf pro or just starting out, South Cerney’s golf course is one not to be missed. For golfing beginners there is also the opportunity to pick up useful tips from the club’s professional golf coaches.
With a pro shop on hand in case you’ve forgotten anything, plus 2 driving ranges (both outdoor and indoor) you’ll have plenty of time to improve your game before hitting the fairways!

Oaksey Park Golf & Leisure Estate
Situated just 5 miles South-West of Cirencester and close to the Cotswold Water Park, The Oaksey Park Golf & Leisure Estate can be found just over the Gloucestershire border, in Wiltshire.
Having been established since 1999 the club offers a well-respected 9-hole, par 35 golf course – an enjoyable challenge to golfers of any level. With stunning floor to ceiling windows, the beautiful clubhouse & restaurant offers visitors a fantastic view over the course for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Everyone is welcome at Oaksey Park but please note there is a requirement to book in advance.

Cirencester Golf Club
Cirencester Golf Club is a superb club offering players a challenging woodland course with some hard, fast, and true greens kept in 5-star condition. We highly recommend you try this course. It has magnificent views but, from experience, it can look a bit intimidating to the occasional golfer.
There’s a driving range to help you warm up and a bar in the clubhouse to grab a drink afterwards whether congratulations or commiserations are the order of the day!
The staff in the brilliant clubhouse and well stocked pro shop are all very friendly and there’s a great menu to choose from too in the bar (note there is a dress code). We’d certainly put this golf course near Cirencester on your to do list next time you’re staying in the Cotswold Water Park.

Westonbirt Golf Club
We love Westonbirt’s Golf course, we really do! Many say it’s a course ONLY for beginners (there are no bunkers or water hazards to trip you up), but it can offer an experienced player some real challenges at times too. Players may find the fairways narrow in places, so accuracy is required.
The course is set in the grounds of Westonbirt School, within a scenic parkland surrounded by trees. With two 200-yard holes and the rest being a mix of par 3’s and 4’s there is something for everyone. You can pay for 9 holes or 18 (as there are double tees on all holes).
It’s a reasonably priced round of golf in our opinion, with plenty of trees to catch you out. You do need to be mindful of the rough, there’s lots of long grass which can be very time consuming to lose your ball in!
There is an occasional burger van, but there are no other facilities, so we recommend you take some snacks and drinks just in case.
Word of warning, if you are playing in the Autumn or Winter and it’s been raining you may want to take a stout pair of golf shoes as the course can get rather muddy and water sodden in places. All in all, a great small and scenic golf course that’s suitable for everyone.

Brinkworth Golf Club
Set in 150 acres of scenic Wiltshire countryside, Brinkworth Golf Club, offers an enticing 18-hole, par 70 course with a decent number of beautiful but tricky holes that are worth every penny!
Having been extensively overhauled over the past 3 years, the greens are now in top notch condition with good grass coverage and running true. With a long par 4 and plenty of bunkers and ponds it provides a challenge to anyone looking to have a great game of golf.
The club prides itself on offering great value for money for 18 holes and with its location in beautiful North Wiltshire the club attracts many golfers, new and old alike. With a stunning bright and modern clubhouse that has a great atmosphere and staffed by a friendly team there isn’t much to dislike in the bar, or indeed, out on the fairways!
